- Lay flat on your back and gently place your neck in the wedge cut-out.
- Select a primary area to target: – For muscles at the base of the neck, face the acu-stimulators upward toward the head. – For the lower neck and traps, face the acu-stimulators downward toward the back/shoulders. (Works best on bare skin, but a thin shirt can reduce initial sensitivity.)
- Adjust as necessary to maximize relief.
- Relax on the wedge for at least 10 minutes (and up to 30).
- Repeat daily or as needed.
What to expect: Relief usually begins within 1–2 minutes as your body responds to the wedge’s effects.
